Hi to ALL,
at first, sorry for my weak english. If my issue is not explain clearly, please tell me, so I could use another words.

Long story.. I have ZD30 (not common-rail version). Not sure if that engine is same origin pieco from factory, or it was replaced by previous owners. Anyway I had an issue with cooling leak behind timing gears cover. It use to be common issue of ZD30, coolant leaking somewhere above aircon commpresor.

So I dissmounted all stuf to reach that iron plate between gearcover (oilpump) and engine block. Next step was cleaning, replacement of all sealings according workshop manual, and mounting it back together

Ive made two mistakes (maybe more, but I realize just these two)
1, I skipped blocking fuelpump with screw. Hope I eliminated it after by aligment all timing marks.
2, I didnt block scissor gear. I succeed it after, using homemade tool wich allowed me rotate scissors gear parts oposit toward to its own tension, and blocked it with screw.

After mounting timing chain, I have rotated crankshaft manualy and very carefull. I noticed strange knock sound (watch this video please). It made this sound four times by one 360 degree rotate of camshaft. If i rotate faster, sound is less loud. If i rotate more slowly, sound is more loud.

Please, is there any idea, if it is wrong, or what could be wrong?
