hi there, just wondering what we do if the cable for the fuel filler cap snaps? Is there a way to open it without breaking it?

I would remove the rear taillight and see if you can pull the cable on the back of the latch release highlighted in the yellow area.http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/images/imported/2023/12/9.jpg

Thanks mate, sounds easy In that corner there's a small removable trim piece. maybe we could get to it from there? just went and had a look. you can easily get to it just take out the jack and it's right in front of you.
