Hello everyone, I've just stumbled upon this forum it seems to have lots of useful info. I have got a tb42e 94 model that I have had for about 9 years, my family of 4 have travelled over a lot of this wonderful country in our trusty rig named redbull.
I have always wanted a td42, but could never afford one, well finally we got the funds and found our perfect rig, it's a td42ti 2003 st-l, totally stock!! so now I have a massive project ahead of me for the next few years getting this new toy up to scratch in terms of a well sorted touring vehicle.
I will keep redbull for now as we still enjoy a day up in the glasshouse mountains and it is well setup for some fun. It has a 5 inch efs extreme lift with 33 inch cooper STT, ox hydraulic winch, no sway bars, custom rock sliders, and all the usual fruit to go anywhere we like.
I look forward to lots more reading and learning as much as I can about diesels, it's all new to me but I'm enjoying the challenge so far. Cheers Scott.
